It’s been over a decade since Missy Elliott released her last full album, The Cookbook, but in the last couple of years, Elliott has come back with a few singles that are just enough to make us remember why she’s so vital.
This is just one of them, and although it is made at a slow tempo, don’t be fooled that Missy has lost her game. Visually, she captivates and musically she defines the sound of the future, just like she did 12 years ago.
